Many people have asked about pictures and the special video that was played at the party. Well, some pics are posted and you can get to them by clicking on Harper’s picture on the right side of this page. Also, I’ve uploaded the video I created for the look back at his first year. It starts off with a poem written by Crystal and then goes into a slideshow set to “My Sweet, My Lovely” by Plumb, and finished off with some fun pics set to “Personality”. Oh my!! That was so precious that I literally just sat here and cried and cried. I kept looking at Kaleb and then back at Harper…wow, how the time has flown!! It was a beautiful poem Crystal and the slide show was amazing. Kaleb loved the music…he became quiet and just sat there in his little seat.
Wish we could have been there but so glad you posted the video for people to see. He is a beautiful little boy and it has been an honor to watch him grow in this year…
Thanks!!! Just wait…you’ll blink and before you know it we’ll be singing happy birthday to Kaleb. When people say that time flies they aren’t kidding. I can’t remember any other year of my life that went by so fast. It’s amazing and every day is an incredible blessing. Enjoy every single moment!!!
Speaking of “Blink” that’s the name of the album by Plumb. The whole CD is full of songs she wrote for her children…basically a bunch of lullabies. Very sweet stuff.
Oh yes, The party was great.The video was better. I loved every second of it. I also knew that I would have to have a copy of it, My wish wash granted instantly. I have the sweetest and the cutest and the best little grandson a man could have. I love every minute with him. I have heard it said all my adult life “just wait till you have grand children”.Well I know why they call the GRAND now. I notice so many things about him, I laugh a lot (I even smile more) I watch him like a hawk when I have him. I can see little traits of his mommy in his actions. What about those “Sweet Bay Blues” I tell everybody about him. I have screen savers at work. Folks now walk up to me and want see the newest screen saver. I change them often. The folks I work with are watching him grow. I wrote a line one time that said “I bragged about you but you never knew”. Well I still brag on my family as well as the new additions. That what GrandDaddys, Papaws, Paw Paws Pa In-laws, father-inlaws are suppose to do. I do put in a little over time bragging on Harper Cole though. But thats o.k because I love it and I am bigger than most folks. You guys have done a great job, but don’t blink much, soak it all in, because ties flies….

What a beautiful little blessing we have in our family… He has such a personality and yes those charming baby blue eyes. I think about him constantly and have to watch the video at least two or three times a day…Living over three hours away, it’s the next best thing to being there. I cannot believe it has been a whole year already. I can’t wait til he has those cute little teeth come through..
. It was a wonderful party and wouldn’t have missed it for the world. He is blessed with a loving mommy and daddy and i love all of you……….
